My little brother, Adam. Better known as Harry Potter. (Photo taken by my mother.)
I wasn't kidding about my mom making my brother and I stand in front of the door to the basement before any "important event" in our lives. Obviously, dressing up as Harry Potter for the release of the last book is a very significant moment in the life of any young boy.
Let it be noted, in all fairness, that he works at a bookstore and was asked to dress up like this. However, he's the one who went overboard and ordered the official Harry Potter sweater and necktie and nonsense. (Too bad he couldn't find any decent eyeglasses, though.)
Tomorrow, I go in for my first "second interview." We'll see if that warrants another Obligatory Door Picture.

I added your link to my Loved section :) Your blog is just so interesting, it doesn't fail to entertain me :P I read the bit about your nickname too---really cute. It made me laugh when I first read it I think, because I just love the idea of saying "Danielpants" and "_____pants" lol.
Haha, awesome. That should be a permanent look for your brother. The girls will love him. And if all else fails, at least the preteen HP fans will. XD

golfwidow - Note that he went as far as to make sure that only one side of the shirt collar was tucked into the sweater. That was purposeful. I didn't know whether to admire him for that or disown him.
Kim - Yay! I'm loved! (And yes, people have a lot of fun with this nickname and the -pants nicknames. I actually got my first piece of mail addressed to "Rachelskirts" yesterday! It was nothing short of awesome.) Also, I'm pretty sure my brother is going to wear that outfit again on Halloween just to pick up chicks. We'll see how that goes.

kaklong - Thanks! Glad you enjoy my crazy rambles! :)
jenna - Haha, yup. I really think he would've looked more convincing if he had found better glasses. Oh well. He had fun with it. I guess that's what matters!

I love this photo... especially the magical wizard red eye effect.
