Actually, there already was a "Where in Time Is Carmen San Diego?". I had the computer game as a kid (and hated it, because I was even worse at history than I was at geography). I believe there was a tv show as well.

I used to have the "Where in the USA is Carmen Sandiego?" game, the version that ran on DOS and that lasted for YEARS of my childhood. (Seriously, that was one hard-to-catch lady!) The television cartoon and game show (or was that all the same show?) never really caught my attention, though. As for this idea, I really just wanted a Carmen-esque Doctor Who game. If that's already been done, then I will weep tears of joy.

I loved the computer games and the game show and the Rockapella theme song from the show. So maybe I'm biased, but this sounds like a grand idea. A refresh of the series would be fun. :)

"When in the UNIVERSE is Carmen Sandiego?" would be acceptable, but I don't want the whole stupid game to end up taking place in London because the title limited the travel to Earth, ya know?
